The Residency Program equips participants with the necessary tools to excel in a hospital setting. It includes a structured series of learning experiences to support the transition from the classroom to clinical practice.
Responsibilities- Shadowing and working with a mentor
- Participating in regular meetings with mentors and directors

- Current RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school within the last year
