Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
- Document patients' daily participation and progress on progress notes in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the Physical Therapist.
- Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by Supervisor.
- Act as a rehab delegate to the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete billing and bill patients ethically and accurately for physical therapy services rendered.
- Supervise junior Physical Therapist Assistant staff members or students as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, facility staff, patients, and patient families.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state.
