This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the field of ABA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS, to inform the development of individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Design and implement effective ABA programs, providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services.
  • Oversee the ongoing ABA programs, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver ABA training to parents and caregivers, promoting the development of functional skills and reducing behavioral excesses.
  • Manage electronic client progress data using Rethink, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents and caregivers, demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and adaptability in ABA procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Possession of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative and effective team member within a treatment team.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
