Hospitality Ambassador

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, from their initial welcome to their departure. Your primary responsibility will be to register guests, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions. You will also be responsible for processing cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash receipts, and completing other cashier/money handling tasks. Additionally, you will need to reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups, provide room rate quotes, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Registering guests and issuing unit keys
* Providing information about the resort and local attractions
* Processing cash and credit card transactions
* Balancing cash receipts and completing other cashier/money handling tasks
* Reserving and confirming reservations for individuals and/or groups

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to read, write, and understand English, and basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures. You must also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organization skills. Basic computer and office skills are required, and you must have a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
