**About the Role:**

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property staff at Morgan Properties. This is a hands-on role that involves troubleshooting service issues and ensuring our properties meet company standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues
  2. Respond to maintenance requests from residents and follow up on work status
  3. Work in an on-call rotation, requiring night and weekend flexibility

**Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
