Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Century 21 Abrams & Associates. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are arranged promptly and efficiently.

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.

2. Office Operations:

Oversee daily office operations and procedures, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Maintain office technology and systems, including computers, file systems, and calendars.

3. Client Interaction:

Welcome and assist clients and visitors to the office, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate team member or department.

Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, property listings, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

New Jersey Broker or Sales Associate Real Estate license required

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Education: College diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in office administration, business management, or a related field are preferred.
