To excel in this role, you'll need to possess basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices is also essential. On-the-job training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Introduce new residents to our dining menu and culture
- Foster a collaborative team environment and build positive relationships with residents
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Hourly rate: $40, depending on prior work history and experience.
