Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Kentucky. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including testing, repairing, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with equipment and systems, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Document work performed, including maintenance records and repair history.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • 2-year associate's degree in a related field, such as industrial technology or mechanical engineering.
  • 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, or 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, computers, and information technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
