Patient Services Coordinator

Position Overview: The role involves managing the admission processes for clinic patients and outpatients. This includes processing medical records and serving as a communication link between patients and their families while ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of one year of office experience is preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory and should be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
Skills Required: Proficiency in personal computer usage; strong clerical skills and experience in payment processing are essential. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous. Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary. A valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance are also required.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Clinic Director and Nurse Manager.
