About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kohl's. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support inventory accuracy by completing all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • No retail experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
