Employment Type: Travel

Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the care of assigned patients during their shift, adhering to the health system's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on age-specific criteria.
  • Making informed judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical expertise.
  • Assisting in the planning, directing, and education of non-RN staff, including LPNs and Unit Secretaries.
  • Demonstrating flexibility with work schedule adjustments.

Submission Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of OB experience - Required
  • At least 1 travel assignment - Required
  • Ability to function as a 1st assist and Scrub OB - Required
  • Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA), NRP, Stable Cert - Required
  • Fetal Monitoring Certification - Required
  • BLS Certification can pend; all others must be active at the time of submission.

Certification Requirements:
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NRP
  • STABLE

State License Requirements:
Ohio (Compact Allowed)
