The Health Care Specialists of America is seeking a skilled and dedicated Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to lead and grow as a Medical Director while delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist with excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will be working in a 21-bed adult inpatient unit and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals in the outpatient practice. The position comes with flexible practice structure and no required call, although additional compensation is available for those who choose to provide coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional patient care and leading by example
- Mentoring junior staff members and contributing to their growth and development
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the team
