GameStop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in meeting their video gaming needs.
- Support the overall shopping environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that products are easily accessible and purchasable.
- Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, and promote GameStop's unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
- Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, and ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
- Complete Omni-Channel orders daily, and safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
- Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
- Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals, and complete required administrative and operational duties.
- Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
- Video game knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.
