Chair Obstetrics and Gynecology Department

We are seeking a charismatic Chair with strong leadership skills and expertise in team building, programmatic development, and quality and safety to lead our Obstetrics & Gynecology department.

The ideal candidate will have strong Obstetrical skills, leadership skills, team building skills, and programmatic development skills. They will oversee safety, quality, and service of the department, as well as development of the Departmental plan, goals and objectives.

The Chair will be the primary teacher and site director for the Ob/Gyn part of the Family Practice Residency Program and the academic chairperson of the department of OB/GYN at the School of Medicine.

Located in a scenic coastal region, the area boasts excellent public schools and easy access to major cities.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified OB/GYN
  • Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of Connecticut
