Banner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team in the Northwest Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a busy clinic with a high level of autonomy and support from a large, integrated health system.
Key Highlights:
- Autonomous practice with minimal call and a high level of support from medical assistants, front desk, and leadership
- Average patient volume: 18-24/day
- 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
- Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
- Cohesive, motivated team environment
We Seek Candidates Who:
- Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
