Dishroom Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Rinse and arrange soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays.
• Load trays into dishwasher, remove dishes, silverware, and glassware from washer trays, and stock for kitchen personnel and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas.
• Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold food handling.

About the Role:

As a Dish Person at Perkins Restaurants, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, silverware, and glassware are properly cleaned and stored, and that our kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and free of clutter.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as dishes and equipment.
