About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral therapy programs for children with autism, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Foster strong relationships with families and other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Proven experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
