We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Technician to join our team at Blackdog Builders, Inc. As a key member of our Home Services division, you will be responsible for performing a variety of handyman services and jobs, utilizing your expertise in carpentry and related skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various handyman services and jobs, including drywall, painting, tiling, roofing, cabinetry, finish work, light plumbing, and electrical.
- Work independently within a structured environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's values, policies, and procedures.
- 5-10 years of related experience in carpentry and related trades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift and kneel, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel to job sites in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
- Strong technical skills, including drywall, painting, tiling, roofing, cabinetry, finish work, light plumbing, and electrical.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Competitive starting base wage ranging from $32.00/hour (based on experience).
