As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in engaging with existing and prospective accounts to understand their facility infrastructure needs and provide design assistance, configure product offerings, and help set pricing strategies for power distribution equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their facility infrastructure needs.
- Provide design assistance, configure product offerings, and help set pricing strategies for power distribution equipment.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and gross profit targets, as well as account management attainment benchmarks.
- Mentor and foster a healthy team environment, and drive individual sales success.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Stark Tech remains a leader in the industry.
- At least 5 years of industry experience in power distribution, with a strong understanding of electrical power systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
