Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service to our guests by utilizing Spare Time Entertainment's Steps of Service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Support Team Members: Assist servers and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including prepping ingredients and communicating food orders to chefs.
  • Communication: Act as the liaison between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of food.
  • Table Turnover: Assist wait staff with table turnover, including setting up and breaking down tables, and removing soiled dishes and utensils.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain clean equipment and working areas, and report any inventory shortages to management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Previous work experience preferred.
