Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, execute, and sustain a risk management framework that aligns with leading industry standards.
  • Recognize and rank potential risks throughout the organization.
  • Devise and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Supervise risk financing operations, including insurance acquisition and claims management.
  • Remain vigilant about emerging risks and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough risk evaluations and audits of organizational processes.
  • Relay risk-related information to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the budget for the risk management division.
  • Lead a team of risk management specialists.
  • Act as the company representative at insurance industry gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management.
  • Certification in Risk Management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Financial and legal knowledge would be beneficial.
