**Job Summary**
Stability Direct is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to oversee the nursing operations in a home health hospice setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide overall supervision of nursing personnel and operations
- Make administrative decisions and collaborate with nursing directors and other departments
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Oversee the functioning of the organization
- Supervise nursing personnel and operations by making rounds on a regular basis
- Assess routine and non-routine conditions of patients
- Develop and revise prioritized interdisciplinary plans of care
- Respond to acute unit codes and medical emergencies
- Facilitate hospital throughput and participate in discharge planning
- Supervise the quality and effectiveness of patient care delivered throughout the hospital
- Maintain and adjust unit-based staffing to meet patient needs
- Evaluate employee, patient, family, and physician complaints
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- One year's experience working in a critical care setting
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification
**Benefits**
- $48 per hour
- $5K in relocation assistance for qualified candidates
