Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and direct workers in production groups to ensure efficient production, quality, and meeting customer requirements.
  • Provide a safe working environment and facilitate an active culture of safety among team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Actively engage in regular communication with team members on coaching, career progress, company news, and objectives.
  • Assure quality of work through accuracy, neatness, and attention to detail.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to improve quality of material or process.
  • Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and throughput monitoring.
  • Train and develop work group members and assist in identifying training needs.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Business, Production Management, or similar, plus 3 years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of manufacturing experience, at least 1 year in a people-leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Coaching and leadership skills, employee training and development, supervision, and analytical capability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to initiate action when confronted with a problem.
