Job Description

At 21st Century Personnel, we are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL-A Truck Driver to join our local dedicated grocery account team. As a night shift driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive tractor trailers locally, navigating through various routes and terrains.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, reporting any issues or damage promptly.
Requirements:
  • 6 months solo OTR, regional or local tractor trailer experience within the last 12 months.
  • OR at least 12 months in the past 5 years with stable job history, good MVR, and BG.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • .54 - .64 CPM (standard rate)
  • .57 - .67 CPM with added .03 CPM weekend and night shift bonus
  • $1,400 - $1,600 gross per week
  • $15 stop pay/$20 an hour for detention
  • Full benefits in 30 days
Work Schedule:

We offer weekday start times on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekend start times include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. A one-day orientation in Lancaster is required, with many items completed virtually beforehand.
