Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records, while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies, and local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Provide Pharmacy products and services to Customers in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and Company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment, such as cash registers and related tools, to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
  • Maintain the Pharmacy area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
  • Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification (optional).
