Job Title: Plant Roustabout

Kinder Morgan CO2 Company is seeking a skilled Plant Roustabout to join our team at the SACROC Gas Processing Facilities in Snyder, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support to operations to ensure plant downtime is minimized, recognize and promote ideas that provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations, and complete work orders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to operations to ensure plant downtime is minimized.
• Recognize and promote ideas that provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Complete work orders as needed.
• Interact with contract personnel.
• Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
• Promote the company's EHS philosophy and culture.
• Be a contributing member of the PSM teams.
• Operate company vehicles during daily activities.
• Operate mobile equipment, forklift, manlift, etc.
• Manual Labor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid safety and environmental practices.
• Self-starter and high drive for results.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to company's insurers.

Working Conditions:

Requires physical work involving walking, standing, and exerting up to 50 pounds of force. Facility operations are 24/7, tasks are performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions in daylight & darkness. The noise level in the working environment is usually loud. Exposure to process, vessels, and piping systems containing H2S and hydrocarbon gases which are flammable and may be explosive under certain circumstances.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• 3-5 years' experience in oil and gas operations.
• Experience in gas processing.
