Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team at Agua Caliente Casinos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, recite complete lists of beverage selections, and mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
  • Manage Beverage Service: Input and control ordering through the register during each transaction, maintaining accountability and providing receipts to guests for all beverages served.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Frequently check back with and entertain guests, prepare the bar for the next shift, and maintain the cleanliness of guest areas at all times.
  • Abide by Regulations: Adhere to all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: One to two years of related experience and a High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in English.
Working Conditions

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 1/2 miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
