Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct Occupational Therapy care/treatment to inpatients and outpatients of all ages.
  • Evaluate patients, plan and provide treatments, and set goals.
  • Review progress to revise plan and maintain all necessary records related to patient treatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, teachers, nurses, discharge planners, and other disciplines to integrate Occupational Therapy into total healthcare program.
  • Attend school system Admission and Release Committee meetings and Individualized Education Planning (IEP) meetings.
  • Participate in educational programs, inservice meetings, and workshops.
  • Travel as necessary to provide OT services and complete necessary forms related to therapy.
Requirements:
  • Kentucky State License.
  • National Certification/Registration.
  • BLS.
  • Travel Experience Required.
