Job Title:

RN - Full Time - Day Shift - Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. As a full-time day shift nurse, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license.
  • ASN or Nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
