About the JobThis position involves working as a CT Technologist in a fast-paced hospital environment, where you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when performing scans and interpreting results.
Responsibilities- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computed tomography technology and best practices
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current RT license and ARRT certification
- At least one year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
