The Nurse-Resident role is a dynamic opportunity for new graduate nurses to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and challenging environment. As a Nurse-Resident, you will be responsible for attending quality and core curriculum classes, participating in professional development workshops and peer support groups, and successfully completing all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program.
Key Responsibilities- Attend all quality and core curriculum classes
- Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups
- Complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements
- Work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team
- Refine nursing knowledge and skills
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing required
- Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina
- BLS required
