We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Design and decorate cakes for various occasions and events
• Operate kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and freezers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and production targets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the cake department
• Develop and maintain knowledge of cake decorating techniques and trends
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cake decorating or related field
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and trends
