Stretch Zone - 1116 is a leading provider of health and wellness services, dedicated to improving the lives of our clients through our proprietary stretching method and patented stabilization system.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for introducing potential prospects to our methods, presenting them with a program tailored to their needs, and supporting the work of our General Manager.

**Responsibilities**

  • **Client Acquisition**: Introduce potential prospects to our methods and present them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
  • **Client Retention**: Assist in the maintenance of our clients' programs by providing weekly stretches for them.
  • **Team Support**: Support the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follow GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
  • **Customer Service**: Serve the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Background in fitness, health, and wellness required.
  • **Sales Experience**: Sales experience a must.
  • **Certification**: Paid In-house stretching certification and training provided.
