  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to licensing regulations and facility standards.
  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, contributing to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development as needed.
  • Conduct insurance reviews and assessments, providing recommendations for aftercare planning.
  • Provide intake services for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Participate in on-call duties, supporting line staff with client behavioral and emotional needs.
  • Oversee family programming, including psycho-educational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Master's level licensure (marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling).
  • Preferred experience in mental health, trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, handle crises, and maintain a working knowledge of federal and state standards.
