Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Client Experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by developing high-performance, secure, scalable, and delightful client and internal user-facing applications.

Core Areas of Responsibility
  • Design and build high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize our current systems with new features and increased stability.
  • Architect software that defines a best-in-class therapeutic experience for our clients.
  • Build innovative products that fundamentally transform the mental health space by combining the best of humans and technology.
Impact and Success Indicators
  • Gain a deep understanding of our code base and application architecture.
  • Contribute to the development of several large cross-functional projects.
  • Take on a technical leadership role, mentoring junior developers, and driving architecture and technical planning decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in a startup environment with a strong track record of ownership, agility, and innovation.
  • Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude.
  • Experience working with our stack (Node/Express, Python/Django) or similar.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker or otherwise), Kubernetes or similar is a plus.
  • Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration.
