Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Produce Merchandiser to join our team at Kroger Rochester Hills. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest quality produce is presented and sold to customers, while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive shopping experience by maintaining high standards of store appearance and product presentation.
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced, labeled, and stocked on shelves.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality produce at competitive prices.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, supplier information, and product quality control.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in food science, marketing, or business preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
