The ideal candidate will also be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure that our quality systems are integrated into all aspects of our business. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead a team of quality professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and integration of quality systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

About You:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing effective quality systems and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of quality principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
