About the Role:
The Medical Support Specialist will be responsible for performing routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office. This includes assisting with patient care, maintaining equipment and medical supplies, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with providers and nurses to ensure seamless patient care. You will also maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School diploma or GED, CMA/RMA certification, and BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and take decisive action when needed.
