Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Lead, inspire, and motivate our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.
- Compliance and Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including local, state, and federal laws governing the practice of nursing and hospice care.
- Quality and Safety: Promote and direct our team to prioritize quality of care and safety of patients and staff, identifying and addressing any areas for improvement.
- Education and Training: Provide in-services to staff on regulatory issues, agency policies and procedures, and patient health and safety, addressing any identified educational needs.
- Qualifications and Experience: Possess at least 4+ years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent, with a strong background in hospice care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience, as well as current CPR certification.
- Transportation and Accessibility: Possess a current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
