Pool Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pool Server to join our team at Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Deliver outstanding service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Have full knowledge of our beverage lists and promotions, as well as our menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional service by being attentive, friendly, and professional in all interactions with guests.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
