Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer power distribution systems based on the National Electrical Code and client specifications
  • Develop facility lighting systems designs and engineering
  • Design and engineer grounding systems
  • Develop power panel schedules
  • Design and engineer motor control systems
  • Design and engineer process control panels
  • Develop process instrumentation wiring diagrams
  • Communicate and document effectively with project teams, including outside contacts, customers, and other engineering departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 5-10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
  • Experience with AutoCAD software is a plus but not required
  • PE registration is preferred but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • 5-10% travel, valid driver's license required

  • Motivated to support the enhancement of the safety culture of our chemical manufacturing design staff
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
