Diesel Technician/Mechanic II

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic II to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of trucks and trailers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Performing preventative maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with minimal supervision.
- Repairing and troubleshooting components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials.
- Using Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs.
- Learning new skills through Penske's technician training program.
- 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
- Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
- Valid driver's license required.
