Server Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team at On The Border. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Learn and explain our menu to guests, making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Partner with other servers to ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
