Vehicular Traction Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Vehicular Traction Director to join our team at United Road Services. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective tire strategies for URS maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an effective tire strategy for URS maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with location management and vendors to gather data on failure tire failure trends and provide periodic reporting.
• Conduct regular audits of maintenance facilities to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Lead the development of training programs for maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tire maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
