Position Overview
The Care Concierge role is integral to Curana Health's commitment to enhancing the health, happiness, and dignity of our senior living residents.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients and their families, fostering meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facility Engagement: Participate in educational and social events at the facility, acting as a liaison among nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership teams. Stay attuned to facility needs and relay information back to the Curana Health team.
  • Patient Engagement: Coordinate care with specialists, therapy, home health, and ancillary services. Assist with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and management. Conduct monthly outreach to residents and families to evaluate needs and ensure alignment with the provider's care plan.
  • Clinic Setup and Design: Support the setup and design of clinics according to Curana Health specifications, ensuring timely ordering of necessary supplies and materials.
  • Clinical Functions: Welcome each patient, family member, and staff member with a friendly demeanor. You will receive training to take vital signs, prepare patients for their visits, and serve as a backup to the Medical Assistant in the Curana Health Clinic.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior living environment is highly preferred.
  • A friendly disposition with a passion for interacting with individuals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in concierge or hospitality settings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to helping others and a willingness to learn.
