Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Vertisis Custom Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service to physicians and patients, responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently process prescriptions, accurately filling and preparing them for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including labels, log sheets, and reports, in a timely and organized manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to courier services and doctors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of medications.
  • Process orders through our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support our pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Must have a Pharmacy Technician Trainee License; PTCB certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior customer service, data entry, or call center experience is highly preferred.
