As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, identifying and initiating appropriate physical therapy interventions, and working cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional physical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
You will also be responsible for observing and evaluating treatment affect, accomplishing short and long-term goals, and recommending changes to physicians as needed.
Additionally, you will perform an appropriate assessment on each patient, perform reassessments as per policy, and perform accurate and timely QI scoring.
Qualifications include current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of WI and inpatient rehab experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR Card is also required.
