Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our North American Advisory Consulting Services group at Autodesk. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our largest customers to define innovative approaches to data management and use throughout the project and asset lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategic business and technology solutions that drive transformational change for our customers
  • Lead facilitated workshops to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on solution paths
  • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers, and help document the impact of customer investment in Autodesk Consulting
  • Build the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating thought leadership within the industry
  • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the buildings industry (Autodesk products highly preferred)
  • Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications
  • Ability to facilitate customer workshops leveraging a variety of techniques
  • Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams
