The top candidates will showcase outstanding project and budget management capabilities, along with comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structural assessments, generate reports, designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
  • Calculate pressures, loads, and stress factors.
  • Evaluate the strength of construction materials and make informed selections.
  • Offer technical guidance on safe design practices and construction methods.
  • Carry out site visits, inspections, and other field-related tasks.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with professionals such as architects and engineers.
  • Oversee and inspect all contractor work to ensure structural integrity.
  • Manage contracts and oversee project execution.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a structural engineer is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, RAM SS, AutoCAD, Revit, and STADD.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and IT proficiency.
