Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including telemetry monitoring and medication management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • Specialty certification in Cardiac Care highly recommended
